Web design and SEO in Cyprus
In Cyprus, business happens in English and customers come from everywhere. A fast, well-written English site does more here than almost anywhere else we work.
English is the working language, but not the only one
Cyprus had a record 4.5 million tourists in 2025. Almost a third came from the UK, followed by Israel, Poland and Germany. Limassol also has a large tech community, many of them from Russia, Ukraine and Israel. So English is the obvious first language for most sites, but a property developer selling to Israeli buyers, or a clinic serving Limassol's Russian-speaking residents, may need a second one. We write the English ourselves and can add other languages, checked by a native speaker before launch.
Property: Paphos and Limassol lead
By July 2025 more than 53,000 properties had been transferred to buyers from outside the EU, with Paphos and Limassol well ahead of the rest. British, Israeli and Russian buyers top the list. These buyers research for months from abroad, and the first thing they judge is the website: how fast it loads, how real the photos look and whether the floor plans and prices are easy to find. That's where developers and agents win or lose the enquiry.
A slower 2026 makes your own channels matter more
After the record year, 2026 started badly: arrivals in March fell by almost a third and summer bookings were well down. When fewer guests arrive, every booking that goes through a portal with a commission hurts more. A hotel or rental with its own site, its Deputy Ministry of Tourism registration number on show (it's required on all ads and bookings), and a reason to book direct keeps more of each booking. That's worth building before the market turns back up.
Common questions
Are you based in Cyprus?
Yes. One of the two founders lives in Cyprus, so we can meet in person here. Video calls work just as well if you prefer.
Do you build sites in Greek or Russian?
We write English ourselves. We can translate into Greek, Russian or Hebrew too, and since we're not native speakers we ask someone you trust to read it before launch. We then set each language up so Google shows it to the right people.
How much does a website cost?
The Launch Site is €890 (up to 10 pages, one language) and the hotel, villa or business site is €1,490 (no page limit, three languages). Monthly SEO starts at €290.

- Web design and developmentA website isn't a brochure. It's the salesperson that works while you sleep, and most of the ones we audit are built as though nobody would ever open them on a phone.
- Search engine optimisationRanking first on Google isn't luck and it isn't a bigger budget. It's architecture, content and patience, applied in the language each customer is actually searching in.
- Estate agents and developersThe buyer of a million-euro second home starts on Google from another country entirely, eighteen months before they sign anything.
- Hotels and guesthousesEvery booking that arrives through Booking.com costs you 15-20%. The work is getting some of those people to find you and book direct instead.
- Holiday rentals and villasA villa ranking well in German fills a season on two or three long bookings. The problem is that almost nobody in this sector works that language seriously.
- International and multilingual SEOThree language versions of a site either reinforce each other or quietly cannibalise each other. There is no third outcome, and the difference is a few lines of markup plus a lot of research.
